Governor of the Province of Eastern Finland

The Provincial State Offices are independent profit units. Each office is managed by a governor who is responsible for it's profitability. The governor is appointed by the President of the Republic. Governor of the Province of Eastern Finland is Pirjo Ala-Kapee.
