The aim of the neighbouring area cooperation project of the social and health authorities of the Province of Lapland and Murmansk region - is to increase social and health security in the multi-professional cooperation. The objective for the peer counselling in preventive work against youth drug abuse -project is to create an educated youth voluntary network connected to the Murmansk Regional Drug and Intoxicant Nursing Home, which task is preventive drug work through peer counselling among youth groups that are healthy, but in group at risk when it comes to potential drug experimentation.
